Setting the Expectations for YOUR Reps
There is nothing worse than false expectations in anything! Especially when it comes to your home business!
Most new team members get started with high expectations of talking to a few people and earning lots of money for doing it!
Firstly let's get this right and call out the elephant in the room, ok? Network Marketing is hard work, it's not complicated and at times it can even be a little boring, BUT it is HARD work none the less! You see as mentioned people think they can join talk to a few and earn lots, when in truth it just plain and simply doesn't work like that! I don't want to burst any bubbles ok, YOU can earn residual incomes beyond your wildest dreams but it takes time and effort to get the result of serious money!
