Today is all about quitters and how to manage quitters in your team or if you are feeling like quitting!
Let's start with watching the video and then we can go into a few points in more detail below
So in the video I say about the excitement at point of sign up and how that can be crushed if your new prospect isn't shown and told EXACTLY what to do before talking to anyone!
Now it's pretty hard to hold a training session at sign up so a great way to eliminate the loss of motivation as possible is to have a recording of your basic getting started training for them to plug straight into and arrange a time within 24 hours to go through training in more detail! This will help re assure your new member that no matter what others say they have you in support to explain exactly how to start properly!
Your main task as a leader (you are a leader the second you bring YOUR first new member into your team!) is to keep them away from the quitting threshold as much as possible! You can do this in a variety of ways like help them ‘score in 24' Get a sign up of their own within 24 hours! You could plug them into the rest of the team that you are part of so they can see and feel the closeness and culture of the community!
Even if you feel like quitting show them that you aren't going anywhere because you know you have the deal! Let your new members know it can get tough and there is a lot of rejection of the opportunity that you have because others just aren't as smart and willing to step up and change their future like they are! So don't be afraid to set real expectations, but show them the right way from the start and watch your new team member grow and build!
