Do you motivate your team?
Most people when they start to get a team together in their home business automatically turn into managers and immediately start trying to motivate the team and individuals in the team to go out and take action! It reminds of a phrase a mentor said once….
‘Now I am not suggesting your team are cows! But if you want to make more milk you would get more cows right?'
So basically don't try to motivate the individual members but go and do the action you want your team to take! By getting in more members yourself, your activity will motivate your team!
Now remember even though you are showing and doing the actions, some still won't get motivated! Don't worry about it! I really wouldn't sign up to that class because others will get motivated by your action! You see the real motivation that gets people moving and taking action actually comes from within that person and from within their own belief system.
When team building its your action alone that motivates the others not the teams action! So look at what you are doing and then you will see why your team is either motivated or not!
In order to create duplication there has to be action within the system or process so it can be duplicated!
